The capacitor aging test system is mainly used for capacitor aging failure testing. It tests the reliability of the capacitor by applying voltage to the capacitor and simultaneously applying a high temperature and high humidity environment to accelerate the aging of the capacitor. The system adopts a modular design, supports channel expansion, and implements independent monitoring and control disconnect functions for each current channel to ensure that other channels will not be affected when one of the capacitors fails (short circuit). In addition, the system supports multiple sets of adjustable voltage values in one test, and each voltage can be programmed to be input to any set of capacitors, greatly improving test efficiency. The system also has a current monitoring function, and the threshold can be customized. At the same time, the system is also equipped with an LED panel to display the failure status of each channel, and reserves a TCP communication interface to realize remote control and obtain test data, and can automate testing and generate test reports.
